We use Canada Post and Purolator to ship. Canada Post is generally cheaper within Canada. We don't currently ship to the US, sorry.

Instore Pick up:  10 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday: Sunday 11am - 5pm  Please wait for email that your order is ready for pickup.  Depending on number of orders this may take a day or two.  Nothing is processed on the Saturday and Sunday!!!
